Sabic Lexan PC 3412R Description
Sabic Lexan PC3412R resin is a 20% glass fiber filled, 4.3 MFR polycarbonate, MVR of 6. Mold release. Flame retardant, UL94 V0 and 5VA rated. Available in natural and opaque colors. It provides improved mechanical properties. SABIC lexan PC features :
- Impact resistance Has the highest impact strength values among plastics and is higher than cast zinc and cast aluminum
- The operating temperature range can maintain stable characteristics over a wide range of low to high temperatures (-100 °C ~ 129 °C).
- Electrical properties Excellent electrical insulation properties over a wide temperature range
- Transparency It has a slight transparency of plastics and is suitable for optical and sheet applications.
- Dimensional stability With excellent creep resistance, the size is almost unaffected by moisture absorption, temperature, and time changes
- Flame retardancy.It has excellent flame retardancy and has passed the V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, 5VA, and 5VB ratings of UL subject94
